Frequently Asked Questions

How does RoosterClubs work?

RoosterClubs allows creators to provide premium content to their biggest fans in exchange for a monthly fee.

What type of content is supported?

Creators can currently share exclusive photos and descriptions with their subscribers.

How much money do creators make?

Creators keep all subscription revenue after platform and payment processing fees are applied. The RoosterClubs platform fee is 7.6% to enable and host an easy-to-use platform for creators to share exclusive content with their paying subscribers. Our trusted payment processing partner is Stripe. Stripe’s payment processing fee is 3.4% + $0.30 per transaction.

Can I cancel my subscription?

Yes, you may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings page. Upon cancelling, no future automatic payments will occur and your access to the creator’s exclusive content will end immediately. It is therefore recommended that you cancel near the end of your monthly access window to ensure you are maximizing the value of your subscription. We do not offer refunds for the charge that has already been applied for the current month as the exclusive content can be viewed and consumed immediately upon subscribing.

Can I access premium content for part of the month?

No, we do not offer prorated subscriptions or partial refunds. Since partial refunds are not offered, it is recommended that you cancel your subscription near the end of your current access window to ensure you are maximizing the value of your previous subscription charge

What if I subscribed to a creator who did not post any content during the month I subscribed to them?

We do not mandate a minimum monthly post requirement for creators. You will be able to see how many posts a creator has already shared prior to subscribing to their feed. Therefore, you will know how many premium posts you will see upon your first subscription period and you will be able to see the typical frequency of their posts. If you are not satisfied with the frequency in which the creator is providing new posts, you may cancel your subscription prior to the date of your next scheduled payment to discontinue future subscription payments. We recommend that creators set expectations with their subscribers about the frequency in which they intend to share new posts. However, it is not a requirement and fans should subscribe to new creators at their own risk
